Update: This is the second time I have the pleasure to work with Jenny. One to sell a house and now to purchase our home. She is very patient. We never felt rushed to decide on a house. She will always respond to questions or direct you with someone who can answer them. I will chose her again if ever buy another property.

Jenny and her team were sooo good to us. They were patient and went out of their way to help us find our home. Jenny was very much interested in what we were looking for and needed. Sometimes I felt bad that she went far from her area, and showing up well after regular business hours only for us (after seeing a house) tell her that we were not interested.
If there was a 10 star rating (instead of 5 stars) I'd give her all 10 stars. She truly treated us like we were long-time friends.

The BEST agent in TEXAS, Jenny was a tremendous asset with selling a house. This was an 'estate sale', and besides Jenny being very knowledgeable with all aspects of real estate, all of the problems that can occur with an estate sale, became a real nightmare for me to deal with. But Jenny hung in there all the way, putting up with family and attorney issues, she was professional with all parties, patient to put up with us, and kept us always updated, especially once we received an offer and moved into closing. I have a chance to work with Jenny on a house project. I called her when seeing a house on Zillow and requested to tour the house on the same day. Jenny picked up the phone promptly and when she knew I have a super busy schedule, without hesitant, she made an appointment for me that late evening. Didn’t I know that she was in the middle of a dinner with her family when talking to me, and to grant me that appointment, she had to postpone spending time with her grandchildren. That shows me Jenny loves what she is doing. Greeting me at house with a warm smile, Jenny walked me around the house, and answered all my questions. I have never bought a house before. I didn’t know what to expect. She helped me through the whole procedure of how to get a house. She also has a list of all the numbers of all people I need to contact for the house.
