Jenny Maraghy is the owner and CEO of the Jenny Maraghy Team, Inc. with Compass, one of Richmond’s top-producing teams with over $155M+ dollars in volume and 328 homes sold in 2024.
Originally from North Carolina, Jenny began her career as a CPA for a Big 8 accounting firm. In 1988, Jenny and her husband moved to Richmond, Virginia, where she left accounting to pursue a real estate license. In 2009, Jenny joined one of Richmond’s top boutique real estate brokerages and by 2013 she founded the Jenny Maraghy Team with one additional buyer’s agent and one administrative associate.
Today, the Jenny Maraghy Team with Compass consists of over 30 expert agents and a nearly 10-person administrative team representing buyers and sellers across central Virginia. In 2019, the Jenny Maraghy Team earned recognition as an Inc 5000 Fastest Growing Company in America and has been recognized in the publication every year since. The Jenny Maraghy Team prides itself as being the experts in Richmond real estate with a team of agents that covers all areas of the city from the River Road Corridor to Church Hill and surrounding areas including Caroline County, Chesterfield, Glen Allen, Williamsburg, and beyond. Additionally the team has expertise with buyers and sellers across the real estate spectrum from luxury sales to investment portfolios.

Jenny and her husband, Dave, live in Richmond and have two children, a son who lives in London, and a daughter in New York.
