About Jenny
Jenny is a leading real estate professional with a passion for problem solving, process improvement and people. She integrates her classical training as an industrial engineer in her approach to determine the optimal positioning and marketing to a sell a home or find the perfect home for the discerning buyer and negotiating the best possible outcome for all parties involved.
Transitioning into real estate evolved naturally: “I have always had a passion to create results, boundless energy, and a strong desire to help others, “says the Knoxville native. But it’s her love of homes that propelled Jenny into a career in real estate. Prior to becoming an agent, she has designed and built three homes, and renovated four more. When she partnered with a friend in 2006 to flip a house Jenny decided to earn her real estate license and devote her career to helping clients sell and buy homes. “I approach real estate as a big puzzle. One of my greatest strengths is my ability to guide and empower others through each step of buying and selling real estate. I thrive on making the complicated look easy. I enjoy the strategic aspects of pricing and negotiation as well as the creative aspects of staging and marketing.”
Having started her career just as the market was turning downward Jenny says, “I have navigated my clients through the rough waters of the market crash in 2008 and the pseudo seller’s market we are in today. Today’s market driven by low inventory pressures both sellers and buyers. The seller must price and present their home to near perfection. A buyer must think and act quickly and often compete with other buyers for the same home. I tell my clients that tenacity is better than patience and trust the process.”
