I cannot say enough good things about Jenny! We are so grateful to have found her. We were house hunting in TN from out-of-state (which adds its own complications) and Jenny made the process a breeze for us as first-time home buyers!! She was incredibly organized when we had limited time in town (one weekend!) and communicated with us to suggest places to view that met our criteria and solicit any listings we were interested in and set up showings in advance and sent us a schedule of all showings lined up. On the day of, she had listing information printed out in a folder for us and was incredibly knowledgeable on the neighborhoods, area, and local rules and regulations. Through the offer and negotiation process, Jenny was on top of communication with the seller’s agent and provided sound guidance to us on what to push back on and was in constant communication with us, making herself available to answer our many questions throughout the process. Come time to close, I appreciated Jenny’s connections and recommendations on title companies, etc. to use that were just as organized and professional as herself. She truly made the process enjoyable and as easy as possible and we are so happy with our new home!
