We chose Jeremy because we were burned by realtors in the past who looked at what you can spend verses what you need. Most realtors seem to focus on the maximum amount of house you can afford vs what you are actually need in order to get a greater commission. We were moving from rural Alaska with horses and needed a house that would lessen the culture shock of the “Big City.” He found us a 10 acre established horse property (barns, fencing and such) on a dead end road. It had an old farm house and a new construction house that cost me half of what my coworker paid for their city home owners associated dwellings. The property includes two houses, two barns, a 40 X 60 shop, multiple pastures, a fruit orchard, and a stream. Jeremy will find you what you need.

Jeremy did a remarkable job selling our land. We had the property listed for seven years with several different realtors with no luck. Jeremy sold the property in seven months at a price above our expectations. His knowledge of the area obviously helped position the property for sale. We will seek out Jeremy when we make another real estate transaction.

It took me nearly two years of being picky and searching to find my home and Jeremy stuck with me to the end. He's got a great personality and was enjoyable to work with every time we'd go visit houses as well as with all the complicated final sale hoops and hurdles.

Jeremy was truly an amazing realtor! As a first time homebuyer, the prospect of buying a house by myself was intimidating! But Jeremy was always willing to answer questions and clarify anything that I was even a little confused about. He was always communicative and available for questions as well as adjustments to the kind of house I was looking for as I started to figure out more concretely where my budget fell. Once I made it to the actual home tour process, he was always able to offer a lot of insight into more subtle details of what might not make a property right for me. His flexibility with various forms of contact was also a small thing I really appreciated, since my availability with things like email or phone calls fluctuates depending on my day. Also, he's just a really nice guy, so that helps. In short, I very highly recommend him, and especially for first time homebuyers.

I couldn't be happier with the experience Jeremy gave me. On my first house, which was a new build, he helped me negotiate a massive discount on the upgrades I wanted and was a huge asset in the constant arguments I had with the builder. He got to work immediately whenever I needed anything and was incredibly responsive. Plus, with it being my first house I was very nervous and didn't understand the process, and he took a lot of time to make me feel comfortable and explain every step. I'd highly recommend Jeremy to anyone.
