Born in Kirkland, Washington, Jeremy later moved and was raised in Southern California, where he grew to love year-round outdoor activities like enjoying the beach, golfing and BBQing with family and friends. His appreciation for the many diverse aspects of the Southern California lifestyle gives him an edge in instinctively knowing the real estate markets and the clients he devotedly serves.

Even in a challenging real estate market, his driven, outgoing personality and intense work ethic allow him to keep his clients happy and satisfied.
When it comes to residential real estate, Jeremy is sought after for his digital marketing prowess and is widely respected for his skills in negotiation, market analysis and pricing strategies. He also possesses a wealth of experience in retail and wholesale lending, having worked for 20 years in the financial and real estate industry with buyers, sellers, and investors throughout San Diego County. Lending expertise runs in the Daum family, as Jeremy’s wife of 13 years, Jennifer, continues to help his buyers get the best financing available through North American Financial.
Jeremy earned his real estate license in 2015 and his brokers’ license in 2018. He attributes his rapid success to his clear, consistent communication style, his powerful negotiation skills and his amazing transaction coordinator, Erica Franklin, who assists him every step of the way.
