As a Warrenton native, I grew up renovating my parents' historic, colonial home and developed a love for residential real estate. Living in Northern Virginia has provided me with an extensive knowledge of area homes, new developments and desirable locations full of history and character. While advising clients during the selling process, I know how to market the area's diverse array of properties to future buyers. Whether a rural farm, new development on the outskirts of town or a true fixer upper, I willingly provide advice that addresses my clients' specific interests. When advising my buyers, I always provide context, history and personal recommendations to ensure their top priorities are fulfilled. Whether it be finding a convenient, low maintenance home or recommending a specialist to address repairs, I thoroughly enjoy meeting my clients' needs. Ensuring the best price is negotiated and the process is as seamless as possible are my top priorities.

Although I deal exclusively with residential real estate in the Northern Virginia area, I also have extensive experience leasing and managing real estate operations in the District of Columbia. This has given me the opportunity to manage everything from multi-million dollar construction jobs to tenant relationships, all of which have contributed to my understanding of the multifaceted field of real estate.
