SimpleShowing is different. We reward Buyers for all the time they spend searching for their next home by REFUNDING UP TO HALF OUR COMMISSION - which is like getting a 1.5% REBATE OF THE PURCHASE PRICE!
We believe it’s only fair to share our commission with Buyers who do more work themselves. We’ll still show them properties they want to see, write offers, help with negotiations and guide them through to closing, just like a traditional brokerage, but once they close on a property with us, we give them up to half of the Buyer’s Agent commission.
We can help Sellers, too, with a flat rate Listing Fee which starts at $3,000. We believe it takes roughly the same amount of work to sell a $300,000 house as it does a $600,000 house - so why should the commission double? Sellers still get everything they expect from a traditional brokerage, but with significantly lower costs.
Our fee includes everything you’d expect to receive from other Real Estate agents: personalized service, help pricing your home, tips for staging it - and of course, advertising it through the MLS and syndicated websites. We help you sell your home for top dollar - and with significantly lower costs than traditional brokerages

WANT TO KNOW HOW I GOT STARTED IN REAL ESTATE? After college and while working in a corporate job, I began doing home renovations on the side. After building a small portfolio of investment properties in Orlando and with renovation projects spanning homes built in the 1930's, 40's, and 50's, friends began to seek me out for advice on their own real estate needs.

Through these experiences, I began to realize that while the internet and technology have completely changed the way most people buy and sell everything - including how they look for homes - the fees paid to real estate agents haven't changed in decades.
That's why I decided to leave a successful career in the corporate world and pursue a new model for Real Estate by helping launch SimpleShowing.
