Jeremy's parents moved from Anoka, Minnesota to Pt Charlotte Florida (a 30 minute car ride north of his current home: Cape Coral) in 1986. He joined the US Army after graduating High School in 1993. He got to see a few places around the world and learned to appreciate all that Southwest Florida has to offer. After almost 7 years in the military, he was honorably discharged and moved back to SWFL. Jeremy earned his B.S. Degree form Hodges University, He was he first member of his family to get a college education. Jeremy fell in love with construction after college. First working on high rises and then building homes. He started a small company to perform Home Inspections and Handy man work in 2008. Jeremy earned his Residential contracting license 2011. He loves the residential contracting industry and served as a board member for seven years and a 1 year term as the president of the Cape Coral Construction Industry Association in 2011.
Real Estate Associate was a very easy transition for Jeremy, as he uses all his experience and knowledge to help buyers with potential repair costs, remodeling ideas and budgets.
