About Jeremy

Jeremy is a multifaceted retail real estate professional and has been active in the single tenant, net leased retail space his entire career. As Founder and President of Blacktide Real Estate Advisors, Jeremy has consulted for both corporate retailers in their pursuit of expanding national footprints, and individual investors in the investment and development of shopping centers and stand alone retail buildings. Through a related company, Blacktide Development, LLC, Jeremy actively invests in and develops single tenant retail projects nationwide. Jeremy received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Arizona, Tucson, Arizona. While in college, Jeremy was a member of the University of Arizona Football team, winning both the Pac-10 title and Fiesta Bowl in 1993, and was an active member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity. After college, he went on to obtain a degree in law from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, CA.

Jeremy is a licensed broker in both Tennessee and California, a licensed attorney in California, and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Jeremy lives in Nolensville, Tennessee with his wife Laura and daughter Tabatha. Jeremy’s son, Troy, is a student at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in California. You can find Jeremy at the crack of dawn stand up paddle boarding the many lakes and rivers throughout Tennessee and the Southeast.
