If there were more than 5 stars to leave Jeremy, I would. After almost a year of looking for a home, and almost a dozen rejected offers, we reached out to Jeremy. Jeremy is fun to work with, a straight shooter, and an incredible advocate. He has supported us every step of the way, all the way through overseeing the final work the sellers agreed to do before closing on closing day. If you're looking for a realtor, you could not do any better than Jeremy.

My fiancé and I worked with Jeremy Kaplan on finding the first home that either of us have ever purchased. Before meeting Jeremy, we had done a ton of research about the home buying process and felt confident in our ability to navigate Raleigh’s particularly hot real estate market. Jeremy was able to simply explain everything we didn’t know and, more importantly, he respectfully walked us through everything we had incorrectly assumed! He is incredibly hard-working, quickly responsive to the smallest of questions, honest in his business, intelligent and very likeable. We’ve been impressed from the day we met him till our closing day.
