We used the Millers because my dad recommended them. The entire process was only smooth because they were the BEST. My husband and I work night shift. They were both so accommodating. We never had to worry. They were always willing to talk and meet at anytime that worked for my family. They advocated for us. They were professional, dedicated, and personable. The Millers made you feel so at ease. I would honestly give them 10 stars if could. They deserve all the credit. Thank you for all that you did for my family and I.

If you need to sell your home this flat fee listing fee is the way to go!!! You still get ALL the love from your realtors but they save you a ton of money! Jeremy sold our home in Northport and was SOOOO helpful and awesome and so knowledgeable! Next tim we need something they’re who we are going with! This team is 5⭐️ And a bag of chips in my book!!

Jeremy Miller has been our go to from day one of buying out first home! When buying our second home, he not only represented us in that purchase, but he sold our first (within 24 hours) with his full service-flat fee! I believe we were their company’s first flat fee sale! It saved us so much money that we can now invest in our second home! We will use them if we ever decide to move! And we DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone we get the chance!

When I was thinking of selling our house, Jeremy met with us to let us know what needed to be done to get our house ready. As it turned out, I wasn’t ready to sell and Jeremy was patient. Three years later I was ready and Jeremy immediately got the house on the market, which was under contract in three days. When we were ready to put our house up for sale, my Husband and I were completely lost and didn’t know what to do or how to do anything. I had been seeing Gina and Jeremy Miller and their posts about the Flat Fee and watched their enthusiasm and dedication to helping people with selling and buying houses. I called them and asked for guidance and they came out to our house and pointed out the few things we needed to do to prepare for the market. My husband and I got those items checked off the list and then we called them back and said we were ready to go forward! Gina and Jeremy made the whole process the easiest I have ever seen. We had our house on the market for 1 day and received many offers!!! I was in shock our house was basically sold after the first day of showings!! I wanted to close at a certain place and they made that happen too!!! They were always there to answer my crazy questions. I have told everyone I know about the Flat Fee Service to help them when deciding to sell their house! My mother-in-law and sister are even using them to sell their houses after they watched us go through the process!!!! I met Gina and Jeremy through the neighborhood. And noticed that they were realtors. The thought of selling our home was really last minute and a wild ride. They put our home up one day and under contract within a day or two. They wanted a highest bidder they didn’t want to mess around and answered all our questions seriously. It was our first home so selling it was a little sentimental for us. They had their flat fee, it was 2900. The money they saved me went towards our new home and that helped a lot. They walked us through every process and fought for us if they felt the buyers were asking for too much. And you need that. As a seller and a buyer. They gave fresh advice along the road, and eventually helped us get our new home. There are many realtors out there but I have enjoyed working with Gina and Jeremy. Professional but also honest and saying it how it is.

Jeremy at Local Realty was very patient with me during the process and knowledgeable about the job he does.
