I take the time to educate home sellers how our local MLS system works and how we effectively market your home. As a PSA, I also work proactively with the appraisers to ensure that your home actually sells for the contracted price. My goal is to get your home sold and net you the most money possible, all while providing 5 star customer service.
When Buying a Home: It’s an honor to work with you as your Agent. As an Accredited Buyer’s Representative, I always look out for my clients best interest. It’s important to always to provide the most accurate market information pertaining to each purchase transaction as well as outline possible negotiation strategies. Negotiating the most favorable terms is just as important as locating the perfect home and is one of my specialties. Regardless of where we’re at in the process, communication is key and I take pride in effectively communicating contingency timelines and outlining all available options.
