I began working for RE/MAX, a nation-wide real estate franchise operation, after a successful career as a Special Education Teacher. I live in Mt. Lebanon and I am a graduate of Mt. Lebanon Senior High School class of 1993.
For many clients, buying or selling property can be a stressful experience. My goal is to eliminate that stress as much as possible.
For the seller, I market listings to over 350 web sites to achieve maximum exposure of my clients'''' homes. I don''''t feel you can overexpose a listing so I often find unique ways to market your property, (Social Media, Networking Groups, Ebay Classifieds, Backpage, Postlets, Pittsburgh Craigslist, etc.) It''''s important to utilize all the available communication technologies to ensure that we reach the widest possible audience.
For the buyer, finding the right house can be a very real challenge. Every client''''s particular circumstances determine what is needed in a property. We''''ll work together to meet those needs and find not just a house but a home.
