Jeri Richardson-Daines

As a fourth-generation real estate professional, Jeri takes her Great Grandfather, Rick Richardson's approach to treat each client like family, going beyond expectations. Buying and selling real estate is about more than just the transaction, it is about building long-lasting relationships through taking a sincere interest in helping her clients achieve their real estate dreams.

Jeri has been a licensed Realtor since 2004 and joined Sequoia Realty Services in July 2012 as their Vice President of Residential Real Estate. She specializes in residential sales and leasing, focused primarily on the Peninsula. She is a member of the San Mateo County Association of Realtors, Top Agent Network, and Redwood City Chamber of Commerce. She actively serves on several non-profit boards including the Sequoia Awards Organization, Ms. Redwood City/San Mateo County, and St. Matthias Pastoral Committee, and is an active volunteer with Redwood City’s Bethlehem AD and Our Lady of Mount Carmel School. She previously served on Redwood City’s Housing and Human Concerns Committee for six years and graduated from Urban Land Institute’s Young Leaders Program, Stanford’s Entrepreneurship Program (Executive Education Program), Redwood City/San Mateo County Leadership Program, and Redwood City’s Partnership Academy for Community Teamwork.

Jeri's husband, Colton is a mortgage banker at Sage Financial Services in Menlo Park. They live in Redwood City along with their son, Brady. Their commitment to family, friends, the local community, and their clients are their top priorities.
