Jerid K. Kiedrowski

Jerid Kiedrowski, a resident of Aptos since 1977, is one of Sereno's top producing agents. Jerid started his career in 2000 with Coldwell Banker in Aptos. She quickly became a top producing agent with Coldwell Banker, consistently earning sales achievement awards.

Jerid’s ambition, sales achievements, and outstanding reputation ultimately led to an invitation for her to join Sereno. In 2013, Jerid joined the Aptos Village Office of Sereno and has continued her success as a multi-million dollar top producer. Jerid’s decision to join Sereno was based primarily on the alignment of shared values between the company and agents.

Sereno encourages community support and involvement. One way that she is able to support the community is through Sereno’s 1% For Good Charitable Giving Campaign. She donates a portion of each of her sales commissions to local charities.
