Jermaine Tingle

Real estate is Jermaine's passion. His knowledge of the home buying process began in the late 1990s when he first started in the mortgage industry as a Mortgage banker. After the 2008 financial crisis, he transitioned into mortgage underwriting. With his combined experience of twenty years, he separates himself from other Realtors. Being a full-time Realtor gives him the platform to confidently explain and educate all home buyers, whether they're first-time homebuyers or purchasing their third home. As a Realtor, he represents his clients as if they were family members. His character as being a realist, combined with the golden rule (treat others as he would like to be treated), puts his clients in the best situation that falls in line with their home buying goals. His personality brings a fun-filled experience to purchasing a home. He feels grateful to be a part of his clients' story of becoming a homebuyer.
