Jerome (Jerry) Ettinger is the President and owner of Ettinger Realty, Ltd. (Formerly Hallmark & Johnson Properties, Ltd.), one of Chicago’s most well known real estate firms specializing in the sales and management of commercial investment properties. Jerry has been selling commercial investment properties for over 40years and has been involved in billions of dollars of transactions representing private owners, lending institutions, corporations, developers and trustees. With a focus on personalized service and highly customized marketing strategies, Jerry has led Ettinger Realty to the forefront of the commercial real estate industry in Chicago.

Jerry received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Illinois, Chicago. He received his Master of Arts degree ,with distinction, from DePaul University, Chicago. In addition, Jerome has been awarded the Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager designation (CRB) from the Realtors National Marketing Institute.

Jerome is a member of the Multiple Listing Service of Northern Illinois, the Chicago Real Estate Board, the National Association of Realtors, the Realtors National Marketing Institute, the Real Estate Brokerage Council and the International Council of Shopping Centers. He is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in Illinois and Indiana.
