We were moving to Texas from Colorado. We had a week long trip planned to find a house! I googled local realtors in the Tyler area and luckily I called Jerri Johnson. She was able to show us houses at a drop of a hat, give us good information on each city we were looking into and was knowledgeable about the market. Once we found our dream home, she was right there every step of the way from the offer til closing. She responded to every text, phone call and email promptly! She even responded when she was on vacation! I would highly recommend her to anyone needing to buy or sell in the area!

With as crazy the market is Jerri still found time to make us feel like we were her only customers. She went out of her way and took the extra steps to make sure we were happy. She was patient with our timeframe, but hustled when we were ready. I think she helped us find our forever home, but if not we will be definitely be calling her again.

Jerri Johnson did an amazing job during our home selling process! You can't find a realtor who is more passionate and thoughtful about helping her clients. Jerri worked hard to keep our listing relevant as well as constantly providing feedback from potential buyers. Selling during the pandemic brought some challenges but Jerri never let anything stand in her way. She absolutely took a personal stake in our listing and did SO MANY things that went ABOVE AND BEYOND the call of duty! I would recommend Jerri Johnson to anyone looking to sell or buy real estate!
