Professionally, Jerry was always engaged with us either via email, text, or phone call. Being knowledgeable was just the start. We knew that the moment we needed to ask him a question, we would get a response in a couple minutes if not right away. As if he was reading our minds, he anticipated almost all the questions we had and even took the initiative on several occasions to ensure we were taken care on items such as home warranty and repair quotes. He turned every bit of a question/issue into an opportunity for action.

Where do I start? Jerry has been an absolute blessing. From the beginning he was very open and easy to talk with. He spent the time getting to know me and what interests I had in a home. He explained the process and he looked up properties that met our criteria. His team was there to help us through the process. Even when it looked like we may not be able to get the home that we really were interested in, he kept the faith and advised us to file an extension on the process, twice. It worked! We got approved but not without Jerry's help. He never gave up and always kept open communication with us. Even after purchasing the home, he checked up on us and also asks as to contact him if we need any references to help with the home. We are so lucky to have someone who is caring and genuine.
