Jerry and Phyllis are among the very best Realtor teams I have come across in my 13 Years in the home financing industry. I find their clients to always be extremely happy at the closing table and well represented throughout the home buying process. I find it very natural that they commonly refer clients have previously worked with them on another purchase or who have family members that have previously worked with Jerry and Phyllis. I would highly recommend this team when considering representation for a new home purchase.

Jerry was the Complete Professional when buying and selling our homes. When we were looking at homes, he was thorough and incredibly organized (the “notebook” was perfect!), and made sure he knew our needs and requests. He also noted items about each home of which we would not have thought. We found the perfect home quickly and he helped in every step of the deal, from negotiation to closing. When selling, he helped us stage our home and prepare it for potential buyers. The market had just taken a downturn, and he helped us package our home so that it sold quickly and effortlessly. My fiancé and I spontaneously decided we wanted to purchase a home north of Atlanta as the end of our lease was approaching. We began looking at homes in Cumming based on searching inventory listed on the internet and by driving around. After exploring the area, we then concluded that Buford would be a better option. So the following week, we once again browsed inventory listed online and even took a trip to Buford. But this time our method of searching for a home came with a lot more aggravation due to the fact that every home we inquired about was either sold or had a contract pending.
