Jerry has been full time in the real estate business since 1989. Jerry serves the greater Nashville area and has extensive experience in both residential and commercial Real Estate.
EDUCATION
Jerry has earned Bachelors and Masters Degrees from Arizona State University and the University of Kansas respectively. In addition, Jerry has completed more than 300 classroom hours of Real Estate education to secure his Broker’s license and to improve his skills. At one time Jerry also held a Tennessee Remodeling Contractor’s License.
PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS
Jerry is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Tennessee Association of Realtors and the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors.
AWARDS
Jerry was nominated as Kentucky Housing Advocate of the Year by the Kentucky Housing Corporation and received numerous Century 21 District Club awards during his years with Century 21. He has also been named Top Century 21 Principal Broker in the region.
PERSONAL
Jerry is an avid sports fan and participant. In 2002, Jerry’s softball team won 2nd place in its age division at the Tennessee Senior Olympic Games and was invited to play at the National Senior Games.
COMMUNITY
Jerry is a Lay Leader in his local church, Secretary of the Kiwanis Club of Goodlettsville, serves on the Board of Directors of Ten Thousand Villages of Nashville and volunteers with Kid’s Church of Nashville, an inner city youth ministry.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Residential and commercial sales/leases averaging over 2 million per year for the past 10 years. Co-owner and principal broker of Advantage Properties, formed in 1997. Supervised an average of 35 sales agents per year for the past 9 years. Jerry has taught principles of Real Estate course as an adjunct instructor at Volunteer State Community College.
