Jerry Ott

Mr. Ott has over 20 years professional consulting experience serving Cities and Towns across the State of Indiana. He has significant experience with the Public Works Laws of the State of Indiana and with nearly any Public Works Project a municipality might encounter. His specific background includes expertise with sanitary sewer collection systems, sewage pumping facilities, water distribution systems, elevated water storage tanks, sanitary sewer master planning, storm sewer and drainage systems, regional storm water detention systems and roadway construction or reconstruction.

He has worked with a wide range of clients and communities from both public and private perspectives. This rare combination of experience results in someone with a big picture perspective where few others have an insight. This results in solutions that have greater balance between the public interests and the private interests. Mr. Ott has also worked with large groups or committees where a collaborative effort has been used to develop community consensus. The process has worked well for many projects or programs where sound public input has been required.

Mr. Ott holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University. He is active in the Indiana sections of the Indiana Society of Land Surveyors and with the Indiana Association of City Engineers. He is a Registered Professional Engineer and a Registered Land Surveyor in the State of Indiana.
