About Jerry

Jerry Sandifer, who answered the call to the Smoky Mountains in 1999, brings a unique background to his real estate career. Born in Paris to a World War II veteran father and a French and Polish resistance fighter mother, Jerry has a deep appreciation for different cultures and landscapes. His family's tradition of summer camping trips to the mountains laid the foundation for his love of the area.
After a successful career as a national sales representative that involved extensive travel, Jerry decided to plant his roots in East Tennessee. His move to a home in Wears Valley was a deliberate choice to be closer to the mountains he cherished. Later, his parents, Thomas and Zofia, also made the move to Wears Valley from Mississippi, drawn to the mountains that reminded Zofia of her home overseas.
Known for his eagerness to discover the perfect location and property for his clients, Jerry Sandifer combines his sales and marketing expertise with a genuine passion for East Tennessee.
