Jerry is the man! My fiancé James and I had a big dream of buying land where we could park our tiny house and eventually build our home. Jerry helped us navigate the process over the course of several months while we were living in a different state. Of course the day the perfect property came on the market, Jerry had just left for vacation. Nevertheless, he wrote an offer AND helped us beat out a cash offer, all when he technically could have been off the clock. I seriously don’t know where we’d be without him. 10/10 would recommend Jerry if you want an honest, down-to earth realtor who goes the extra mile.

Jerry was a fantastic realtor! He found my husband and I a house we love! We moved from the East coast and we couldn't have in person tours, so we were pleasantly surprised in how easy everything went and very satisfied by our purchase. Jerry was very generous with his time and explained us all tricks to help us find a house. He gave us super useful advice on which houses to choose and how much to offer. With a tough market like the current one, we were very close not to be able to afford one in the area. Jerry made it possible and we're very grateful for it. He's a very competent realtor AND a very nice person. It's been a real pleasure working with him. I really recommend hiring him for anyone looking to buy a property.

My wife and I were first time homebuyers and Jerry was a godsend. We were not in the strongest position in a lot of ways but we were able to buy a house in a very competitive market with Jerry’s knowledge and expertise and patience. We are very, very happy with the purchase that Jerry negotiated with the seller and we are very happy with the house. I would absolutely recommend Jerry to anyone. Six stars!
