Some have called Jerry Sullivan the “Property Guru”. Others refer to him as the “Oracle of Offers” or the “Monk of Market Analysis”, so great is his understanding and study of the Middle Tennessee housing market. It is said that Presidents have him on speed dial and that Warren Buffett consults with Jerry before any property acquisitions, one Oracle to another. I have even heard it said that he saves kittens from trees in his spare time.

Now, while I can’t personally attest to all of these impressive claims (I did watch him take a call that I can neither confirm nor deny may or may not have been from any of those aforementioned people), I can tell you that my personal experience with Jerry was absolutely exceptional. In all things, it was obvious to me that he had my family’s best interests at heart. Jerry was always up-front and honest with me in his advice, which allowed me to make the best and most informed decisions possible, in as timely a manner as possible. Beyond that, I never had to worry about anything as Jerry proved from the beginning that I could trust him to make sure that all of the “i’s” were dotted and “t’s” were crossed so I could focus on the other aspects of my move.

To put it into context, if you need to launch your vision of the lucrative, multi-billion dollar Marvel Cinematic Universe, you call Robert Downey Jr. If you need to record a record-breaking, Grammy-winning album, you call Beyoncé. But if you want to securely buy or sell a home in Middle TN with complete peace of mind, you call Jerry Sullivan.

The Sullivan Brothers are great to work with, sold my house quickly and we received the right price. I had a very short window when I made the call to have the Sullivan Brothers list. The house was listed and started showing within 24 hours. Negotiations and closing went exactly as expected, on time with no delays. I would not hesitate to list a home with the Sullivan Brothers again.

Jerry was very helpful in our search for property. He was considerate of what we needed and not pushy to have us buy properties that we didn’t feel fit our needs or budget. Once we found the right property, Jerry followed up consistently with the seller’s agent to assure that several promises the sellers had made about cleaning up the property were kept before our closing.
