Jerry Williams

Jerry Williams is a proud Lake Tahoe resident of 42 years and has been married for 36 years. Jerry's love for sports led him to coach kids' soccer, basketball, and football teams. He's also served on the South Lake Tahoe Parks and Recreation Committee.

Jerry is an avid recreator who enjoys skiing, biking, golfing, and hooping (playing basketball). He knows the Tahoe area inside out and loves to explore its beautiful surroundings. Jerry's involvement in the Tahoe Real Estate market spans over 23 years, during which he's worked as a loan officer, property manager, and Real Estate agent.

Jerry's passion for real estate led him to take on the challenge of managing 35 rental doors and expanding it to over 450 doors in the last 10 years. He's highly experienced with income/investment properties, as well as 2nd home ownership, making him an expert in the Tahoe Real Estate market. From 2014 - 2017, Jerry chaired the South Tahoe Association of Realtors® rental committee, where he made significant contributions to the local community.
