JeSica was thrust into my life while in search of a new tenant at my home just prior to COVID-19 outbreak. JeSica was very on point she communicated with me constantly and gave me updates daily on all viewings. She performed her job with absolute perfection and put in 110% until she found just what I was looking for. We signed all agreements and had my new tenant move in just before everything got locked down. It couldn’t have been better timing. I was so pleased with her performance that I actually speak with her for holidays and look forward to doing business with JeSica again. I highly recommend her for your Real Estate needs.

We purchased our first home with Jesica and she is awesome! She was always available for questions and as new buyers we had a ton! She was available for home showings no matter the day and she definitely does her research of the area and the home so she has answers the day of the showing! We tried to buy a house in Bronx, which is close to my job. We met some other agents, who were not very responsive in showing the houses possibly interested us. Jesica helped us to see many houses upon our request. She fully understands our desire to compare and make the best choice. I am very convinced the house we she helped us to choose is the best one based our criteria. It was the first time we bought a house, she directed us on every step. Jesica Lima is everything you want in a realtor. She is knowledgeable and very professional. You can also ask any question and not made to feel like you were silly to ask.
