One of my favorite things about real estate is that the housing market is dynamic - always presenting new challenges and opportunities. However, my absolute favorite thing about real estate is that it is a people-centric business, and I have the privilege of helping my clients realize their dreams every day. Prior to becoming a real estate agent in 2009 I worked in the luxury construction and interior design industry, thus I have seen the market fluctuate from its highest points to its lowest and back up again. Because of this, I know that the key to staying ahead of the market is to stay educated about the market. This knowledge is the most valuable tool I use to keep my clients informed and prepared. My real estate career first started in Northern Virginia and I took it with me when I moved to Boston, Mass. There I was also able to finish my studies at Harvard University, where I graduated in 2013 with a degree in International Relations. During my time in Massachusetts I had the distinct opportunity of working in one of the most fast paced housing markets in the United States - ultimately learning valuable negotiating tools to keep the competitive edge. At Harvard I learned essential diplomatic skills that I utilize in conjunction with my background in Business Administration to negotiate strongly and fairly in every home transaction on behalf of my clients. Now located back in my hometown area of Washington, DC, I achieve my goals by helping my clients achieve theirs.
