This was our second time working with Jesse.

Our transaction was a sell-buy. We had discussed with Jesse what we wanted out of the deal and our expectations for selling. It was a complex sell situation which led to a complex buy situation and there were a few bumps along the way. However, after everything Jesse came through and delivered on the expectations we had set. We now have a great house in a great neighborhood and some cash in our pocket from the sale of our old house.

Jesse has helped me secure 2 homes in the San Diego area. Both during very competitive times in the market (2020 & 2023) I wouldn't choose to work with anyone else but him and his team!

He's very knowledgeable of the market and is always available and dependable when you have a fast moving timeline. What sets Jesse apart from any other realtor is that he learned my interests and took initiative to send me listings that align with that. He made the home search very convenient! In addition, he has an expansive network when it comes to contractors, cleaners, gardeners, technicians, etc. He's been a great resource with recommendations for every area of home-needs.

After converting both properties into rentals, Jesse still remains to be my go-to-guy when it comes to understanding the rental market. He goes above and beyond and I'm excited to work with him on property #3 next year!

I WILL NEVER USE ANOTHER REALTOR!! It is SO extremely hard to find good people in this world, much less people who don’t view you as a paycheck if they have the opportunity to get something out of you.

Jesse was literally the perfect realtor. He treated me like family throughout the whole process and never made me feel like I was bothersome regardless of how many texts I sent or questions I asked. Jesse also communicated with me ALL hours of the day regardless of his busy schedule (I work odd hours so this was greatly appreciated). He made sure I was put first with every decision, and he constantly reassured me that if a home isn’t for me then we can simply back out. There was no pressure to purchase with Jesse which made me trust him that much more.

More importantly, Jesse has a huge heart. Jesse’s compassion and respect for others is simply something that you don’t come across these days. Both of these things are hugely reflected in his work, but especially with how he carries himself and treats those around him. The professionalism is superb, which is admired greatly given his age. (If you call him even ONCE, you will see!)

I cannot say enough great things about Jesse. If you want someone who genuinely cares about you and won’t settle until you are happy, call Jesse. I guarantee you will never chose another realtor as long as he is in the business! I know I won’t! Thank you Jesse!!

Jesse hands down made buying my first house super easy. He will tell you straight if it’s a good move or not. He answered all our questions and was available like all the time. I would contact him randomly even late at night when a question popped up and he would respond, but what made the process easier was if he didn’t know the answer he would go to his people or go out and source the answer if he didn’t know it before he responded. When I initially inquired about purcahsing a home, I was unsure if it was possible because of moving countries. With Jesse's wealth of knowledge, he let me know that since I was still working in the same industry, it is possible that my time spent working in Spain could be used to possibly qualify me for a home loan. This was incredible to know and we immediately went to work, he connected me with his lender and soon I was pre-qualified. One thing I have learned throughout this transaction is that who you work with matters, Jesse's attentiveness to the needs of my family and everyone involved with our first home purchase was world-class, honestly. We met Jesse when we asked to tour a house through Zillow. By the end of our viewing, we knew we had a new realtor. True professional, understands the market movements, and always has your best interest at the forefront of his priorities.
This is not my first time going through the home buying process and my experience with realtors has been hit or miss, but Jesse is by far a hit. Jesse understands it's more than just getting a deal done, however that did not stop him from fighting for what was best for us and what we wanted out of a home. We had pretty tough criteria for the current market but Jesse found lots of homes for us to click through online then set up all the appointments for us to go give the one's we like a tour. We spent almost two months looking for the right house, offered on three, pulled out of a deal, kept looking, and finally found and closed on the right one and Jesse was 100% involved and excited to find the perfect house that fit our needs that was also a great investment. My mortgage broker, who I have worked with on multiple deals and I trust fully, even called me one day and said, "this guy's the real deal", and said "he's a breath of fresh air" in the realtor community. So even behind the scenes Jesse has your back professionally and will represent you in the highest standards. I would work with Jesse again 10 out of 10 times if asked. We’re glad we were referred to Jesse in our recent home purchase. I was originally working with a realtor referred by my financial institution that didn’t work out. Let’s start from the beginning. My house-hunting experience started off extremely rocky. I was assigned a realtor by the bank I thought I wanted to finance through and to say he was bad is an understatement. Oh and I should add, we began looking to buy a home while I was deployed to Guam!

I began to have second thoughts about purchasing when a coworker recommended I use his friend as our loan officer. That loan officer recommended Jesse as our realtor. He assured us Jesse was the best of the best and honestly, he absolutely is!

The best way I can explain it is, it was like working with a close friend from day one. Even with me on the other side of the world, I felt completely in the loop. He got to know us and really understood our goals and priorities. He taught us about each neighborhood we visited, he knew the school ratings (big deal for us), and the pros and cons of each neighborhood we visited allowing us to decide which areas we wanted to target and which weren’t a fit.

We were buying in a crazy seller’s market. It was disheartening at times because our offers were outbid week after week. At one point we even had an accepted offer fall through after the appraisal! If I’m being completely honest, Jesse is the only reason I didn’t give up. He assured me that we were going to find our home and that it wasn’t a matter of “if” but “when”. And he was right! Less than 6 weeks since the day we met Jesse, we found our home in the exact location I wanted!

From searching, to placing offers, to closing - he made the process painless. There was never a phone call not answered nor a text not responded to within 5 minutes. His responsiveness and willingness to explain, and reexplain, and then sometimes explain again gave us confidence in every decision we made and every document I signed.

I’ve honestly never been more excited to write a review. If you’re on the fence, if you’ve had a previous bad experience, if this is your first purchase, if you’re new to San Diego, whatever your situation is - you absolutely want Jesse on your team!

How he works shows so much passion for what he does, work ethic, and genuine care for his clients. My husband and I just reached 1 year in our home and Jesse was the first to wish us a happy 1 year anniversary. He really takes the time and effort to care for his clients and makes them high priority. Jesse is very responsive and committed to making the home buying experience amazing and special.
