I just closed today on a house that I bought in San Antonio, Texas. I live in Jacksonville, North Carolina, and it’s not easy buying a home in a different state. Jesse Myles was my realtor. I decided to buy a home in San Antonio around December 10, 2023. With Jesse Myles's help from the Myles group, I am now a homeowner in San Antonio Texas. I didn’t have a clue as to what I needed to do to buy a home and everything that I needed to do he took care of it from the Loan and the VA assistance. Nancy Zarate is the best!! She genuinely cares about her clients. I’m military and was not in Texas at all during the buying process, which was very overwhelming. She sent me videos and would FaceTime me. Anything I needed to feel comfortable during the house hunting. She kept in contact with my loan manager to ensure they were doing what they needed to as well. She’s honest about everything and even after buying, she stays in contact! They even gave me a cute little gift bag to congratulate me on the house. If I ever decide to sell this house, I will definitely be going to Nancy!

Vanessa Bozeman is an excellent realtor who I would trust and work with all over again. She was able to work with me and my husband despite us not being in the local area to look at the homes. She did an excellent job screening the available homes and neighborhoods to fit what we were looking for and found the right house for us. Vanessa communicated clearly, frequently and was easy to reach as we navigated the home buying process from afar.

What I appreciate the most is that she looked out for us and our needs. She did not try to oversell a home and was completely honest at every step. Vanessa also has great people skills. This conveniently makes each process smoother not only for her client, but all parties involved in the home buying/selling process. Her keen ability to form strong, professional relationships lead to smoother transactions and negotiations.

Jesse Myles was recommended to me by a friend that has bought two homes with him. I had an amazing experience. From the very beginning he was on top of finding my family a home. When the first home didn’t work out, he already had me lined up with more homes. I was able to find and close on my home in a timely manner and Jesse Myles was always a phone call away. Vanessa did an awesome job with our home! It was the 1st time we sold a house so we had so many questions and hesitations but she patiently explained everything to us and made my wife and I very comfortable. Vanessa was a good combination of confident and charming without any of the pushiness I've seen in some realtors. I dont know how, but we had multiple offers within 24 hours and were able to close with no issues. Overall it was just a great experience!

What can I say about a team that demonstrates the ability to be super-humans. To say that Jesse Myles, Vlad McDowell and the rest of the crew go above and beyond for the customer and their families is an understatement. My experience with buying a home was stressful.
