I’m Jesse Ray, a Fairbanks-area REALTOR® and Army veteran who believes real estate should be approached with clear communication, practical guidance, and a strong understanding of what matters to each client. After more than 13 years in Alaska, I’ve come to know both the opportunities and the realities of owning a home here. My own experience buying, renovating, and managing properties has given me a practical perspective on real estate and an appreciation for helping clients make informed decisions, not just complete transactions. I served nine years in the U.S. Army, where I learned the importance of preparation, communication, teamwork, and staying composed when things don’t go according to plan. Those same principles shape the way I work with buyers and sellers today. Service continues to be an important part of my life. In addition to real estate, I work with military families providing financial assistance and financial readiness support. Whether I’m helping someone navigate a move, evaluate a property, or work through the details of a transaction, my approach is straightforward: put people first, communicate honestly, and advocate for my clients from beginning to end. Outside of work, I’m usually tackling a DIY renovation project, running kids between sports and rehearsals, or occasionally getting recruited for a daddy-daughter dance performance. If you’re considering buying or selling in the Fairbanks area or simply want to better understand your options, I’m always happy to be a resource.
