Jesse Schluter

Jesse Schluter brings a 20+ year track record of success in the Wisconsin retail and restaurant markets. He focuses on leasing and selling “main and main” real estate and has completed transactions in all the major WI markets, with an emphasis on the greater Madison, WI area.

Prior to joining Colliers, Jesse owned and operated Wisconsin Commercial Real Estate, which he founded in 2015 and before that he was a Vice President at Central Place Real Estate for eleven years. Since 2014 Jesse has consistently been recognized by Costar as one of the top producing retail brokers in the state of Wisconsin.

In addition to practicing commercial real estate, Jesse is a Battalion Chief on the Middleton Fire Department where he has served since 2004. In his spare time Jesse loves boating, backcountry snowmobiling, hiking, and biking with his wife and three daughters.
