We worked with Jessica in selling our first home. We had only own it for almost 2 years but we had invested quite a bit money and time into the home. Jessica helped us sell the home amidst a market shift where the market was cooling off and prices were dropping (basically not a good shift). Jessica was always available to explain the process and kept us informed of what we needed to know. More importantly, in the time we worked with Jessica, we noticed that she was on top of it all, including being knowledgeable, professional, and super friendly, all at the same time! Only she knows how she does it :) Selling a home is not an easy task for anyone, and it can be stressful depending on the situation, so in the end, we were glad that we got to work with Jessica and her team.
