Our family had reached out to Jess multiple times over the last couple years for help buying and selling and even when something would pop up to halt our process she would stay in touch and keep us updated for when we were ready to start the process all over again! She never got frustrated with us, she went above and beyond every single time! She was always very easy to talk to, answers in a very timely manner, explains everything in a way that you can understand and is overall an amazing person! It was a privilege for us to have her sell our house! (Which she managed to do very quickly as well!)

When we called, she answered and was always so patient and accommodating to our questions and concerns. I can’t believe we had a bidding war on day 2!! Thank you for all your hard work!! My fiancé and I were looking to buy a house, and we had quite a few things we were looking for in the perfect house. We reached out to Jess, she took all of those things into consideration, and found us multiple. We went to all of them and said what we liked and didn't. She is VERY knowledgeable when it comes to the structure of a home, and can answer pretty much any question or concern we had at each property. If she didn't know, she was very quick to find out. She was very attentive to our needs and wants in a house. The process was a little rocky, but she handled everything and made it as smooth as possible. She was there anytime we had a question, and made sure we understood the process (since this was our first home we were pretty clueless). I couldn't recommend anyone higher than Jess! Her care, loyalty, and attention to detail are just some of the great qualities that make her the best!

All I can say about Jess is that she is a very thoughtful realtor.
She keeps you updated as to how the sale is going and does her
best to get the best deal for you but not let you property go for
nothing. She keeps a person updated very often so you are
