In order to get my home market-ready, I needed to have a light remodel done to finish up some projects I had started. Jessica connected me with contractors, facilitated the communication to keep everybody on the same page, and kept the remodel within my budget. The end result was fantastic, and her flair for interior design drew a large crowd almost immediately after listing the house. As this was my first time selling a home, I had plenty of questions and concerns throughout the process. Jessica was always there to take my calls and explain everything to me in a concise and pragmatic manner. I ended up getting two offers within the first week of listing, and Jessica helped me weigh all of the considerations and guided me through the negotiations to a smooth transfer into the buyer's hands. We were able to close in less than a month without any delays. Throughout this process Jessica went above and beyond in so many aspects, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.
