Jessica James grew up in Howard County Maryland on a small horse property. She graduated from West Virginia University with a Masters degree in Agriculture in 2009. Since then, she has explored a number of career opportunities from the university system, to local and federal government, and the private sector. In 2017 she obtained her real estate licence and started her career in Real Estate. She has a passion for rural areas, investments, flips, horse properties and a love for helping the first time home buyer. Over the last year, she has focused on helping her clients create a vision for themselves during the critical process of viewing homes, negotiating contracts, and navigating inspections for their future properties.
