Jessica was great to work with. We had been house hunting in Savannah for quite some time and had an unsatisfactory experience with a previous agent. Jessica was extremely familiar with the neighborhood(s) we were interested in and even had a previous history with a number of the houses we looked at. She listened to our rather specific interests and never tried to steer us toward anything that didn't match our desires. She made the whole process as painless as that type of venture can be and handled everything very professionally. Would definitely recommend.

Jessica was recommended to us as "the best realtor in Savannah". After going through the process of both buying and selling, this definitely turned out to be true! We couldn't be happier with our experience. Even with her very busy schedule, she was always available and helped us find a home in our desired neighborhood while also selling our older 1950's home.

Jessica, and Engel and Volkers, were a godsend when it came to finding our home. We worked with multiple agents and agencies in the past, and all of them tried to push their own ideas of what we wanted. Based on a recommendation, we talked to Jessica once and laid out exactly what we were looking for, asked if the price range was realistic, and asked her to work for us. Every house we saw afterwards was exactly what we asked for, and we found the perfect house. Through the entirety of the process Jessica and her team were an amazing mixture of professional, kind, exceedingly knowledgeable and accessible. It is impossible to overstate how key she was in sending us down the road of home ownership, even with unexpected complications throughout the process. Absolutely the best!

I had a beautiful but challenging home in Savannah, GA that I was looking to sell. Jessica’s close relationship with contractors, allowed me to seamlessly get my home in excellent, buyer-ready condition. She was very active in marketing my home. She had 3 weekends of back-to-back open houses. Within the first week of my home being on the market she was able to generate multiple offers.

Jessica did a terrific job for me when I had to sell a difficult property. The first deal involved a lease with option to buy - which ultimately failed. Jessica picked up the pieces and got me a better deal which we closed on. Jessica gave me good advice during the trying times, and she never gave up. As a first-time home buyer moving to Savannah from out-of-state, I can't recommend Jessica enough. Her communication skills and knowledge of the local area are second to none. On top of that, Jessica took the time to educate me on all aspects of the process. At no point did I feel like I was being rushed or signing my life away.

Ultimately I was able to move through everything with an advisor by my side who I completely trust and enjoy being around on a personal level.
