Born and raised in Gig Harbor, I’ve built my career helping buyers and sellers make smart, confident moves throughout Gig Harbor, Tacoma, and the South Sound, from first homes and investment properties to waterfront estates and luxury homes.
I’ve seen a lot over the years, and that experience matters. I’ve helped buyers win their dream home against eight competing offers. I’ve taken a home that sat on the market for nine months, made a few strategic changes, relaunched it at the exact same price, and had it pending in four days. Another property had been on the market for 449 days before I repositioned it with the right presentation and marketing and generated three offers in eight days.
Those are the wins I love because they’re a reminder that who represents you matters.
I know what looks good, but more importantly, I know what sells. For my sellers, that means being intentional about preparation, pricing, presentation, and marketing. At the luxury level especially, putting a beautiful home on the market isn’t enough. You have to understand what makes it special, who the buyer is, and how to create a strategy that connects the two. For my buyers, it means recognizing value, negotiating beyond just price, and knowing how to structure an offer that stands out when it matters.
My knowledge of Gig Harbor and Tacoma goes beyond market data. I know the neighborhoods, the lifestyle, and the nuances because this is home to me. I also own investment properties and have taken on extensive remodels of my own, so I understand homes from the perspective of an agent, homeowner, and investor.
Throughout my career, I’ve been committed to leadership within the real estate industry, previously serving as President of the Women’s Council of Realtors and currently as Treasurer for the Tacoma-Pierce County Association of Realtors. As a Windermere Luxury Advisor, I also bring specialized knowledge, resources, and marketing to the luxury properties and clients I represent.
My husband, Ryan, and I make up The Knicely Group at Windermere Abode, with decades of experience and more than 800 homes sold between us. Our business has been built largely on relationships, referrals, and clients who come back to us years later. That trust means everything to me. Real estate may be my career, but taking care of people is the part that matters most.
Outside of work, I’m a girl mom who genuinely loves all things homes and design. Ryan and I fully remodeled our own Gig Harbor home, and I’m pretty much always dreaming up the next project. You’ll also find me doing Pilates or weight training, boating and soaking up our PNW summers, eating at the best local restaurants, or entertaining friends and family at home.
