Jessica is a fantastic realtor! Easy to work with and hungry to succeed. She's been with me every step of the way (well over a year) as I moved to and finally acquired my first rental property. Our gratitude to Jessica is beyond articulation. Selling a home is usually stressful but not with Ms. Lewis. We had some issues with the first realty company; just wasn’t the right fit. A friend of ours recommended Jessica to get the job done and she located a qualified buyer with a solid offer within the first week. Jessica wanted to know about us and our home before we talked numbers, marketing, etc. Jessica is amazing at what she does because she listens intently to the client and goes to work to custom fit plans that are mutually beneficial to all parties involved. The COVID-19 pandemic didn’t hinder Jessica from moving forward; Jessica and her team uses state of the art technologies (air drone, HD photos, virtual tours) to get your property in front of the buyer.
Jessica thinks completely out of the box; Arranging a virtual open house for local brokers over multiple sessions. I listened to her descriptions and marveled at how she aggressively and passionately promoted our home to fellow real estate professionals. She is the consummate organizer; lining up showings, working with contractors for repairs and daily consultations with each one to ensure no small detail is omitted. Our home needed a few minor repairs before resale, no problem, Jessica’s crew was timely, efficient and fairly priced. I can’t tell you how to spend your money but I can say without reservation that you can’t find a better agent on the planet!
