As a Florida Native, FSCJ, and UCF Alum (Go Knights!!!), I know that this beautiful state is the perfect place to lay down roots! I've lived in the Northeast Florida area for 12 years, worked as an Educator for 7 years, and am a mother of 3. Jessica was amazing from the start. She helped me sell a condo during a very difficult time for me. Knowing this, she went above and beyond daily to make the process as positive as possible. You will not find anyone who will work harder for you, put you first, and support you through the buying/selling process. I cannot recommend her enough.

Jessica Smith was amazing from day one. When we first met she made me feel that she knew what we were looking for, she explain everything and made me feel comfortable. Jessica was not only patient but caring real down to earth. Bonus she is VA loan knowledgeable. Jessica went beyond showing us house sometime daily and from 2 to 5 homes or more in one day.. (yes were those type of homebuyers 🤪) Jessica was always available and never made us feel rush or like we were a bother. We were purchasing a home during a fast pace market but with Jessica we had a great experience. I would defiantly recommend it to any home buyer or seller 😊
