After successful careers as a US Marine Corps officer and helicopter pilot and aeronautical engineer I, Jessie Hunter, decided to become a real estate broker in 2008. Reason? I just love helping people with real estate - whether it is helping them sell or buyer a house or helping them lease, rent or manager their rentals or just solve their probate, divorce or foreclosure issues.

Real estate can be very complicated. You are always dealing with multiple persons, federal and state laws, banks and mortgage companies. My goal in starting Clear Path Real Estate Services is to be the "trusted real estate advisor" for my clients. My job is to make the complex simple, provide a clear path to accomplishing your objectives and to be the expert facilitator and negotiator to make your real estate goals happen.
