Jessy Richards

Jessy is a Nashville Native and was truly born into real estate. Her mother, Leigh Ann, started taking her to showings and closings when she was a young girl and her love of homes has grown since then.

Jessy has been with Trendex Group since June 2017. After completing her studies in Human Resources and General Management at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2016, she decided to move back home and begin her career in real estate.

She started out as an assistant to Leigh Ann by learning the ropes in real estate and still works alongside of her mother. She has slowly progressed and has worked with a few friends in the buyer’s market and has worked with her mother in the seller’s market. Her main objective is to have her ears open to what her client wants and needs are.

Jessy enjoys being outdoors with her family and friends, spending time with her cat, Boogie, and reading a good book by the beach.
