I focus on investment sales and third-party representation. I provide tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers with the experience, professionalism and industry knowledge necessary for the successful acquisition, disposition and leasing of commercial real estate. I build relationships and provide objective and specialized expertise to commercial real estate clients in Miami-Dade County.

I have extensive commercial real estate sales and leasing experience. My past experience includes landlord agency leasing assignments throughout Miami-Dade of industrial and office space for a total of 8 institutionally owned industrial and office parks in Doral totaling 9.5 million square-feet with State Street Realty and industrial space for a total of 14 institutionally owned industrial parks totaling 7.1 million square-feet with Americas Industrial Realty. Prior to Commercial 1 Realty, I served as Senior Director for Adler Realty Services.

I have worked with a diverse group of companies, from local growth oriented entrepreneurial firms to Fortune 500 companies. I have successfully completed over $175 million in combined transactions (over 425 transactions) which include lease transactions and property sales totaling over 1.8 million square-feet.

As a seasoned commercial real estate professional and South Florida native, I have an intimate knowledge of the local market and numerous professional business contacts. I am affiliated with the Commercial Industrial Association of South Florida (CIASF), Miami Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.
