Jill Baugus

As a full-time Broker affiliated with Lake Homes Realty, it is Jill's goal to provide all of her clients with the very best Real Estate experience possible. Having grown up in this area is an advantage to buyers and sellers, allowing her an extensive knowledge of the lake and surrounding areas. As a Realtor, she understands the value of and embraces new and innovative marketing techniques to better assist clients.

She has lived in the North Georgia area all of her life and grew up swimming, boating, and skiing on Lake Lanier. Having spent summers at her grandparent's cabin on the lake throughout her childhood, teenage, and young adult life, Jill was delighted to purchase her first lakefront home in 1997. Her son and daughter (twins) grew up experiencing the lake lifestyle just as she did and cherish the memories they have made together. Although they have moved on to college now, she hopes they will one day bring grandchildren home to spend summers with us.

Jill is a graduate of the University of Georgia where she minored in Real Estate. After graduating, Jill spent nearly ten years as a Flight Attendant with Delta Air Lines, traveling the world, and realized there is truly no better place on earth than right here on Lake Lanier. After having twins, Jill hung up her wings and moved full-time into real estate. She began her real estate career with Coldwell Banker and then affiliated with Re/Max for many successful years. She is now privileged to have the opportunity to join Lake Homes Realty which has provided her with a unique focus on this lake market second to none.
