Jill did an absolutely terrific job for my wife and I, prepping and selling a 130-year-old Queen Anne Victorian where my mother lived for 50 years. This was not an easy property to sell. From finding and managing landscaping and cleaning crews, staging the property for showing, creating a spectacular on-line listing, coordinating appraisers, title company, an estate sale agency, working with tradespeople wanting to review the property for prospective buyers, and coordinating with my wife and I as we sorted through 50 years of personal possessions, she handled everything with aplomb. There were no surprises, no delays, no reschedules, and no excuses. Zero. Her communication skills are outstanding. Her advice and recommendations were always spot-on. We whole-heartedly recommend her -- in fact we'll soon be using her again on another property!

Second time using Jill Chandon. The first time was better than a great experience, so she was an obvious choice for the sale and purchase of our houses.

Our experience with the current market became very stressful. My wife and I started to worry because we came under a time crunch. Jill was steadfast in finding properties in our price range and location. She is responsive no matter the time of day, very kind, and a joy to work with.

Jill helped us find a great house, so we may not need her skills for many years. However dinner dates are sure to happen in the future!!
