Jill Dempsey is the owner and broker of Own-a-Pad Real Estate located across the street from the beach in beautiful New Smyrna Beach. She was born in Key West, grew up in Winter Park and has lived there full time since 1979. Her husband, David, is 3rd generation NSB making their daughter, Devon, a 4th generation native.
