What started as a leap of faith evolved into a comprehensive understanding of home construction, value, and marketability.
In 2019, we expanded our business model to include flipping homes as well as purchasing and managing investment properties. These ventures have provided an invaluable education from both the buyer’s and seller’s perspectives. Though I was born and raised in Astoria, Queens, St. James has been home for the past 28 years. I’m also well-versed in the surrounding Smithtown communities and the unique character each neighborhood offers.
