Jill Kerler

Like so many other people upon visiting the Cape Fear area on vacation, Jill fell in love with the beaches, culture, and people of Wilmington. Soon after her visit, she was driven by a dream to move to New Hanover or Brunswick County, NC. Jill and her family moved to Leland, NC from a beautiful, small New England town in Connecticut. After a fulfilling career in advertising, as well as assisting her husband’s retail business, it was time for Jill to embrace her passion for Real Estate.
Real Estate is in Jill’s DNA. She inherited a lot from her great-grandfather and grandfather, developers and builders of coastal communities in New Jersey. Additionally, she gained a lot of experience by working with builders and contractors on many of her own homes and investment properties. She is eager to share that knowledge and assist her clients with selling their homes or finding their new homes, and guiding them through the process of due diligence.
