Jill recently helped us find and purchase a Condo in Harbor Springs, MI. We were pleased. Two things stand out. She really listened to us when we explained what we were looking for. By the time we made the 6 hour trip up there, she had assembled a group of places for us to look at that were all very close to what we had described. She did her homework so we did not have to waste any of our limited time looking at places that did not meet our criterea. When we found one we liked, she did a great job researching comparable sales to help us set a realistic offering price. She was pleasant, responsive and very good at dealing with all of the little details that pop up in all real estate transactions. I would recommend Jill to anyone looking to purchase a place in the Harbor Springs area.
